Pricing & scope

Our price includes:

  • Custom exterior finishes (20+ options)
  • 3 year construction defect warranty
  • Structural, Civil, and Factory Built Home (FBH) certification
  • Plot plan drawings
  • Plan submittal, corrections, and approval
  • Utilities: sewer, water, and electrical
  • Delivery
  • Craning if necessary

The following are not included:

  • Changes required by the city
  • Removing fences, trees, etc.
  • Permit fees

Our ADU models typically range from $99,900 to $215,000, depending on size and finishes. Pricing can also vary based on site conditions, utility connections, and upgrades you select.

A $500 reservation deposit is required to begin the process. It helps confirm your spot and move forward with scheduling and next steps.
